Quality Supervisor

Role: Quality Supervisor

Experience: 3–7 years in Quality Control / Manufacturing Industry

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily quality inspection and control activities.
Inspect incoming materials, in-process products, and finished products.
Ensure products meet required quality standards and specifications.
Monitor production processes to identify defects, rejection, and rework.
Manage and guide the quality inspection team.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, and Maintenance teams to resolve quality issues.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain inspection reports, rejection records, and other quality documents.
Ensure proper use and calibration of measuring instruments.
Support internal, customer, and supplier quality audits.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards,



safety, and 5S.
Prepare daily/weekly quality reports and share updates with management.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of Quality Control and inspection processes.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product specifications.
Experience in handling quality inspection teams.
Knowledge of RCA, CAPA, and basic QC tools.
Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.
Valuable documentation and reporting skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and team coordination skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
