Non IT – Recruiter

Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai

Experience: 4–8 Years

Industry: Real Estate / Construction

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for real estate and construction positions.
Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and networking.
Screen and shortlist profiles based on project requirements and technical skills.
Coordinate interviews with candidates, HODs, and management.
Follow up on interview feedback, offer release, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
Ensure timely closure of positions across project sites and corporate office.

Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience in Real Estate or Construction industry.




Solid understanding of construction roles such as Projects, Planning, Contracts, QS, MEP, Safety, Sales, CRM, and Support Functions.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment reporting.

Qualification:
Any Graduate
