Candidates must meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
B.E./B.Tech. in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of relevant skilled experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
OR
Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant qualified experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor project-specific Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, method statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and contractual quality requirements.
Monitor construction and project activities to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
Conduct inspections and coordinate testing of materials, equipment, and workmanship.
Review material test certificates, inspection reports, test results, and other quality-related documentation.
Identify and report quality deviations and Non-Conformities (NCRs) and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
Assist in conducting internal quality audits and support client/consultant inspections and external audits.
Verify that construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved procedures and applicable standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records, inspection reports, checklists, and documentation.
Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, testing, and subcontractor teams on quality-related matters.
Monitor the implementation and closure of corrective and preventive actions.
Assist in investigating quality issues and recommending appropriate corrective measures.
Ensure proper calibration and availability of inspection and testing equipment, wherever applicable.
Prepare periodic quality reports and provide inputs for management review.
Promote a solid culture of quality, compliance, and continual improvement throughout the project.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
