We are looking for Relationship Officer to handle Retail Banking operations at Dehri branch, with that you are also responsible to manage customer relationships and promoting banking products and services to the client.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
Promote and sell banking products and services to Dehri customers as per requirement.
Achieve assigned targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in - timely manner at branch.
Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve the overall branch quality of service.
Maintain accurate records of Dehri customer interactions and sales activities.
Collaborate with other team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with banking products and services, industry trends,



and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
Bachelors degree with Minimum of 6+ months of experience in retail sector or related field.
Knowledge of sales and customer service skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of - team.
Knowledge of banking products and services - like CASA, Insurance, Credit Card, MF, Loans etc.
High level of integrity and ethical behavior.
Willingness to work adaptable schedule and travel as required.
