Inspect and approve incoming construction materials.
Conduct quality tests for cement, aggregates, concrete, and other materials.
Perform concrete slump, cube casting and compressive strength tests.
Monitor site work as per approved drawings and specifications.
Conduct pre-pour and post-pour quality inspections.
Ensure compliance with relevant IS/BIS standards and project specifications.
Maintain test reports, inspection reports, calibration records and quality registers.
Identify defects, raise NCRs and ensure corrective actions.
Monitor material storage and handling.
Coordinate with site, laboratory, production and projects.
Maintain laboratory equipment and testing records.
Assist in trial mixes, material testing and R&D; activities where required.
Prepare daily/monthly QC reports.
