About the Role We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying top talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conducts initial candidate assessments.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate offers and coordinate joining formalities.

Candidate Management
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and reports.




Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, documentation, and joining status.

Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring reports to management.
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.

Required Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Strong coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IT recruitment is an added advantage.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Knowledge of onboarding and employee documentation processes.
