MithaiCana, a quick-growing dessert and cafe chain in Bangalore, is hiring Full Time Retail Staff to support increasing customer demand.

This role is ideal for motivated, career-oriented individuals. You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality customer experience with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude.

Work Schedule
6 days per week
Rotational shifts between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM
Weekend availability required

Compensation & Benefits
₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in customer orders accurately and professionally
Pack delivery orders with attention to detail
Maintain cleanliness and assist with stocking between orders
Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Requirements
Basic communication skills in Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, or English
Must reside within or be willing to relocate within 5 km of the store location
