We are looking for an experienced

RTR qualified to manage accounting operations, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting while leading a team and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage

RTR activities, bank reconciliation, cash, and intercompany accounting

.
Handle fixed assets, project accounting, leases, and revenue accounting

.
Manage

AP/AR, accruals, expenses, payroll, and statutory accounting

.
Lead month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare and review account reconciliations and financial reports

.
Ensure compliance with

GAAP, VAT, and statutory requirements

.
Lead the team, allocate work, and monitor performance and productivity

.
Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve accounting issues.
Drive process improvement, standardization, and quality

.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of

RTR and financial accounting

.
Experience in month-end close and account reconciliations

.
Positive knowledge of

GAAP and accounting principles

.
Proficiency in

MS Excel and ERP systems

.
Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead and develop a team
