Verify site measurements and maintain accurate measurement records.
Reconcile executed quantities with BOQ and identify variations.
Assist in preparing quantity reconciliation reports.
Billing &
Certification
Prepare client RA Bills and ensure timely submission.
Verify subcontractor bills based on actual measurements and contract terms.
Coordinate with consultants and clients for bill certification.
Follow up on certified bills and payment status.
Cost Control
Monitor project costs against the approved budget.
Track material consumption and identify cost variances.
Assist in preparing cost reports and cash flow forecasts.
Recommend measures to minimize wastage and improve cost efficiency.
Contract Administration
Review BOQs, work orders, and contract documents.
Prepare and maintain variation statements and extra item claims.
Support contract correspondence related to quantities and commercial matters.
Maintain records of contractual changes and approvals.
Coordination
Coordinate with Project Engineers, Planning Engineers, Stores, and Accounts.
Work with consultants and clients regarding measurements and bill approvals.
Support procurement by providing quantity requirements when needed.
Documentation &
Reporting
Maintain updated measurement books (MB), billing registers, and reconciliation statements.
Prepare weekly and monthly billing progress reports.
Ensure all supporting documents are available for bill submissions.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and project records.
Required Skills &
Qualifications
Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience in quantity surveying for building construction projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and BOQ preparation.
Knowledge of RA Billing, subcontractor billing, and quantity reconciliation.
Valuable understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
Solid analytical and communication skills.

Timely submission of RA Bills.
