We are looking for a skilled and experienced Recruitment Executive to join our organization. Your primary role will be to attract, identify, and hire top talent that aligns with our company's values and objectives. You will play a critical role in building a talented and diverse workforce that drives organization's success.

Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Technical Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist or a similar role preferably from BFSI/Fintech/IT sector.

Knowledge:
Ability to apply advanced strategies to source candidates.
Proficient with all recruitment activities (e.g recruiting, interviewing, screening and evaluating).




Assessment skills with the ability to evaluate candidates' technical and soft skills effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Excellent organization and analytical skills and work ethics
Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
Positive presentation skills.

Technical Skills:
Understanding of skills and current technology trends
Proficient in HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) & HRMS.
Microsoft Office Suite
MS Outlook
