We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations, manage and develop the sales team, and drive sales and customer service performance.
Key Responsibilities
Drive store sales, conversion, ATV, and overall store KPIs.
Lead, coach, train, and motivate the store team to achieve targets.
Ensure excellent customer experience while handling complaints and follow-ups effectively.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control and shrinkage management.
Maintain smooth store operations and ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines.
Track team and store performance, prepare regular reports, and deliver monthly sales targets.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in retail or store management.
Solid leadership, sales, and customer-handling abilities.
Target-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Graduation is mandatory.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
