Retail Store Manager – Ashok Jewels, Yamunanagar, Haryana
Ashok Jewels is looking for a high-performance Store Manager to lead our Yamunanagar showroom.
We are not looking for someone who simply manages day-to-day store operations. We want a strong sales leader with a proven track record of delivering numbers, building teams, developing customers and independently driving the business.
What we are looking for
Proven success in jewellery retail sales and store leadership
Robust track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Ability to independently drive customer acquisition, conversion, repeat business and average ticket size
Robust understanding of gold and diamond jewellery
Ability to recruit, motivate and build a high-performing sales team
Solid customer relationships and local market understanding
Complete ownership of store performance, inventory discipline and customer experience
Mature, entrepreneurial and long-term mindset
The Role You will be responsible for the overall growth and performance of the Yamunanagar showroom — sales, profitability, team performance, customer relationships, inventory and operations.
This is a role with significant independence and responsibility .
