Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, portals, and other sources.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
Explain project details, location, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and available units.
Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, location, and purchase timeline.
Generate and nurture leads through regular follow-ups.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with customers and the sales team.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up details in the CRM.
Coordinate with the Sales/Closing team for lead conversion and further follow-up.
Follow up with customers after site visits and update lead status.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly call, lead-generation, and site-visit targets.
Maintain positive customer relationships throughout the sales process.




Prepare and share regular MIS/reports on leads, calls, follow-ups, and site visits.
Stay updated on company projects, inventory, pricing, offers, and competitor projects.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid convincing and interpersonal skills.
Good customer-handling and follow-up abilities.
Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced sales setting.
