Key Requirements
Valid Karnataka State Nursing Council Registration – mandatory
Relevant experience in Geriatric / Senior Care
Experience in ICU / Emergency / Critical Care
BLS / ACLS certification
Robust clinical assessment and emergency-handling skills
Experience in medication administration, patient monitoring and clinical documentation
Ability to coordinate with doctors, residents and their families
Team-handling / supervisory experience
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to stay in office and respond to night-time emergencies when required
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care and clinical support to senior residents
Conduct regular health assessments and maintain accurate medical records
Administer medications and monitor residents' health conditions
Support doctors during medical procedures and emergencies
Maintain clinic records, medicine inventory and medical equipment
Ensure emergency preparedness and participate in mock drills
Follow infection-control, hygiene and patient-safety protocols
Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, laboratories and emergency services
Guide and support junior nursing staff and assist with team coordination
Handle resident/family health-related concerns professionally

Duty: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 9 hours
Weekly Off: Rotational
