Job Summary
We are hiring an RTA to monitor real-time BPO operations, staffing, agent adherence, and service levels.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor queues, staffing, attendance, and agent adherence.
Track Service Level, AHT, Occupancy, Productivity & Shrinkage.
Manage breaks, lunches, and offline activities.
Identify staffing gaps and take real-time corrective actions.
Prepare intraday reports and coordinate with Operations/WFM teams.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in RTA/WFM/MIS/BPO.
Solid MS Excel and analytical skills.
Good knowledge of BPO KPIs and workforce management.
Solid communication and quick decision-making skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
