Key Responsibilities:
Supervise restaurant floor operations and service staff.
Welcome guests, take orders, and ensure excellent service.
Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service teams for smooth operations.
Handle guest queries and complaints professionally.
Ensure table setup, cleanliness, grooming, and hygiene standards.
Guide and train Stewards/Waiters on service SOPs.
Ensure accurate billing and assist with upselling.
Conduct pre-shift briefings and support opening/closing duties.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in restaurant/F&B; service.
Valuable communication and guest-handling skills.
Solid knowledge of food & beverage service.
Presentable, well-groomed, and team-oriented.
Pay: ₹11,469.85 - ₹24,625.38 per month
