Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, and other lead-generation channels.
Contact prospective clients, understand their business requirements, and present suitable TradeBridge solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closure, and customer onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to improve conversion rates and revenue.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on all qualified leads.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
13 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, or a similar role.
Robust communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
Valuable understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to make regular client calls and consistently follow up with prospects.
Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Candidates with experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, inside sales, or business development will be preferred.
