Designation: Sales & Marketing Assistant

Reports To: Sales & Marketing Manager / Management

Location: Abhi Fine Products

Job Purpose To provide administrative and operational support to the Sales & Marketing team, coordinate with customers and internal departments, maintain sales records, follow up on inquiries and quotations, and assist in marketing activities to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
Maintain customer, lead, quotation, and sales records.
Coordinate with customers and internal departments for order status and delivery.
Assist in lead generation and customer relationship activities.
Support digital marketing, email marketing,



and social media activities.
Assist in exhibitions, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.
Update ERP/CRM and prepare sales reports.
Perform other sales and marketing duties assigned by management.

Qualification & Skills:
Any Degree/Diploma.
Positive communication and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and ERP/CRM.
Sales/marketing experience preferred.

Pay: ₹12,425.72 - ₹18,433.98 per month
