We are looking for a Sales Business Development Manager with strong field sales and business development experience to join our team in Jaipur.
The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, client acquisition, merchant/partner acquisition, or B2B sales. Candidates who have previously worked with Swiggy, Zomato, Dineout, or similar food-tech/consumer-tech platforms will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Generate current business opportunities through field visits and direct sales.
Identify and approach potential customers, merchants, and business partners.
Pitch and explain the company's products/services to potential clients.
Acquire new customers/partners and achieve monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and partners.
Conduct regular market visits across Jaipur.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely closures.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
Monitor market and competitor activities.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
Mandatory: Field Sales experience.
Experience in client acquisition, merchant acquisition, partner acquisition, or B2B sales.
Candidates with experience working with Swiggy, Zomato, Dineout, or similar platforms will be preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and convincing skills.
Comfortable with regular field visits.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
