Alfa Group is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling sanitary, plumbing and building materials, developing customer relationships, generating sales and achieving assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate current sales and develop current customer relationships.
Visit customers, dealers, contractors and other potential clients as required.
Promote and explain sanitary, plumbing and building-material products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries and orders.
Maintain regular follow-up with existing and new customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the purchase, billing and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Maintain proper records of customer visits, enquiries and sales activities.
Collect market information and identify current business opportunities.
Provide good customer service and handle customer enquiries professionally.
Requirements
Previous experience in sales is preferred.
Experience in sanitary, plumbing or building-material sales will be an advantage.
Candidates with experience in other sales fields may also apply.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work towards sales targets.
Willingness to travel for field sales.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM applications is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude may also be considered.
