Qualification

B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering; MBA preferred.

Key Requirements / Responsibilities
Develop business for sensors, dataloggers, DAQ and measurement solutions.
Focus on automotive OEMs, Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers, R&D; centres and testing laboratories.
Generate business for testing, calibration, instrumentation and engineering services.
Develop SHM prospects for metros, bridges, buildings and infrastructure around Pune.
Manage opportunities from enquiry through technical discussion, quotation, negotiation and closure.




Build relationships with technical teams, purchase, consultants, EPCs, integrators and decision-makers.
Maintain sales pipeline, follow-up plans and chance reports.
Remuneration will be performance-linked; detailed terms will be mutually finalized during the interview / pre-engagement stage.
