Hiring #Business Development or Sales Executive – SaaS Solutions
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development Employment #Salary: ₹20,000+ per month + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives

What You Will Do :

● Identify and approach potential B2B clients through field visits, calls, referrals and digital leads.

● Visit businesses, SMEs, manufacturing units and industrial clusters to generate sales opportunities.

● Connect with business owners and decision-makers to understand their operational requirements.

● Deliver clear product presentations and demonstrations, both in person and virtually.

● Explain the value and business advantages of the SaaS solution in a easy and convincing manner.

● Qualify leads based on business requirements, budget, decision-making authority and potential fit.

● Follow up consistently with prospects and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.

● Handle initial objections and negotiate with prospects to move towards closure.

● Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups and sales activities.





● Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

● Coordinate with the internal team during onboarding and ensure a smooth transition after closing.

● Travel across Kolkata and other parts of West Bengal as required for client meetings and business owners, building relationships and closing sales, this role offers an opportunity to Development grow with a technology-focused business.

Who We’re Looking For

● Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development or a similar client-facing role.

● Experience in SaaS, software, ERP, technology or B2B subscriptions will be an advantage. ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Confident in speaking with business owners, decision-makers and corporate clients.

● Robust persuasion, negotiation and objection-handling abilities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
