Restaurant Manager / Outlet Manager The South Plate | Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 2–4 years
We are looking for a hands-on Restaurant/Outlet Manager to manage daily operations and lead our restaurant team.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily restaurant operations and staff
Handle shifts, attendance, discipline and grooming
Monitor customer service and resolve complaints
Manage Petpooja/POS, billing and cash closing
Monitor inventory, wastage and food cost
Ensure hygiene and SOP compliance
Coordinate kitchen, service and delivery operations
Train and supervise staff
Prepare daily sales/operations reports
Requirements:
2–4 years of restaurant/QSR/café experience
Hotel Management qualification preferred but not mandatory
Petpooja/POS experience preferred
Positive communication and team-management skills
Hindi & Marathi required
Must be proactive, responsible and hands-on
