We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager who can own the day-to-day restaurant experience at The Fresh Factory.

You’ll be responsible for
Leading and training the service team
Owning guest experience and service standards
Running smooth opening, service and closing operations
Coordinating closely with the kitchen, barista and retail teams
Handling guest feedback and service recovery
Maintaining hygiene, grooming and restaurant standards
Tracking daily sales, covers, average bill value and other operating metrics
