Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound enquiries and generate sales through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Follow up with leads and prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers for order closure.
Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Coordinate with the field sales and other internal teams.
Maintain customer and sales records in CRM/Excel.
Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
Sales or inside-sales experience preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.
Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
