We are looking for an experienced Sales Closer Manager to lead the final stage of the real estate sales process. The person will be responsible for converting qualified leads into bookings, negotiating with customers, handling objections, and ensuring smooth closure of property/plot sales.

Key Responsibilities
Handle hot and qualified leads and drive them toward booking and closure.
Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
Understand customer requirements, budget, and purchase intent.
Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
Handle customer objections related to price, location, payment plans, documentation, and project details.
Negotiate within company-approved pricing and commercial guidelines.
Convert enquiries and site visits into confirmed bookings.
Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Accounts, Admin, and Documentation teams for smooth closure.
Maintain a proper pipeline of prospects and track every lead until closure.
Ensure timely collection of booking amounts and required documents.
Maintain daily/weekly sales and closure reports.
Monitor individual/team conversion ratios and follow-up performance.
Reconnect with old, inactive,



and lost leads for potential conversion.
Maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the booking process.
Ensure all commitments made to customers are within approved company policies.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/booking targets.

Qualification & Experience
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing will be an advantage.
3–7 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably in residential plots, land development, residential projects, or similar real estate products.
Candidates with a proven record of property booking and sales closure will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
