Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, and perks.
Conduct safe and professional test drives for customers.
Demonstrate vehicle features and answer customer queries.
Follow up with potential customers through calls and messages.
Generate new sales leads through customer references and other sources.
Maintain customer details and follow-up records.
Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams.
Achieve assigned sales and customer follow-up targets.
Maintain a skilled relationship with customers throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Valid two-wheeler and/or four-wheeler driving licence as applicable.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of automobiles is an advantage.
Customer-friendly attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
