We are looking for an energetic and responsible Restaurant Supervisor to assist with our pre-opening setup and manage daily operations after launch.
Key Responsibilities
Support restaurant setup and launch activities
Supervise staff and daily service operations
Maintain excellent customer service
Manage stock, purchases, wastage and inventory records
Monitor billing, cash handling, sales and expenses
Coordinate with the kitchen for smooth service
Help increase sales, repeat customers and group bookings
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food-safety standards
Submit daily and weekly reports to management
Requirements
Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Captain or Floor Supervisor
Solid leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of restaurant operations, billing and inventory
Honest, organised, sales-focused and willing to take responsibility
Must be willing to stay on the property
Salary growth will be considered based on performance and business development. Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
