Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Relationship Manager (Matrimony Services) to assist customers in finding suitable matrimonial matches. The candidate will communicate with prospective brides, grooms, and their families, understand their requirements, provide suitable match recommendations, and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the matchmaking process.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand customers' matrimonial preferences, requirements, and expectations.
Suggest and share suitable matrimonial profiles based on customer requirements.
Follow up regularly with customers regarding profiles, matches, and responses.
Coordinate communication between interested customers and potential matches.
Maintain accurate customer and profile information in the company's system.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and requests professionally.
Encourage customers to remain active and engaged with the matrimony service.
Follow up with leads and convert interested prospects into registered customers.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups,
customer responses, and conversions.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer service.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and matrimonial profile information.

Eligibility
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, relationship management, counselling, or matrimony services will be preferred.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Positive command of English and Hindi; knowledge of the local language will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
