Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business leads among builders, developers, contractors, and architects.
Conduct field visits and site meetings to pitch E-DOOR's product range (doors, door frames, timber solutions).
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Follow up on vendor empanelment opportunities with construction companies and real estate developers.
Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and product presentations.
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals in line with company targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activity (CRM/tracking sheets).
Coordinate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and lead generation efforts.
Stay updated on competitor products, market pricing, and industry trends in the door/timber segment.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements




Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in building materials, construction, or real estate-related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel for reporting and tracking.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings/site visits.
