Client Advisory: Assess client financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment timeframes to recommend appropriate mutual fund schemes (SIPs, lump sum, or portfolio rebalancing).
Portfolio Management: Conduct regular portfolio reviews for existing clients, providing updates on Net Asset Value (NAV) and market performance.
Operations & Compliance: Assist clients with Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, account opening, and adherence to SEBI and AMFI guidelines.
Query Resolution: Address client concerns and resolve service or transaction issues promptly.
