Role & responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understand their financial needs and provide tailored financing solutions.
Business Development: Identify current business opportunities through effective networking and market analysis to expand client base and increase profitability of the portfolio.
Financial Advisory Services: Offer expert advice on our various products and services like loans, deposits and investments based on client needs. Structure appropriate products that meet the clients requirements.
Client Retention: Implement strategies to retain high-value clients, including regular reviews of client satisfaction and prompt resolution of their concerns.
Cross-Selling Products: Introduce clients to additional financial products and services, enhancing our wallet share and increasing our revenue streams.
Risk Management: Assess and analyze client business models, financial risks related to client business and case memos for loan sanctions.
Portfolio Management: Continuous monitoring of client business,



financial position and early warning signals to manage risk of failure.
Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions, report to management on client activity and new opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile:
Educational Background: Masters degree in finance, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and build solid relationships.
Analytical Abilities: Ability to develop robust analytical skills to evaluate clients' financial statements, business model and recommend appropriate lending solutions.
Salesmanship: Ability to develop robust sales skills, negotiation skills and persuade clients while maintaining ethical practices.
Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills to address client issues and find satisfactory resolutions.
