Description The Relationship Manager – OEM will be the primary liaison between USGI Legal Entity and key OEM partners such as Maruti, Mahindra, Tata, and Hero. You will develop and execute strategies to expand market penetration, secure new business, renew existing contracts, and activate current dealers while maintaining a disciplined loss‑ratio. This role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills to ensure profitable growth across the OEM portfolio.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement OEM channel growth plans targeting current business and renewal opportunities.
Manage day‑to‑day relationships with OEM partners (Maruti, Mahindra, Tata, Hero, etc.).
Identify, onboard, and activate recent dealers to expand market coverage.
Monitor and control loss ratios, ensuring profitability targets are met.
Collaborate with sales, underwriting, and product teams to tailor solutions for OEM partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements with OEMs.




Prepare regular performance reports and forecasts for senior management.
Lead cross‑functional initiatives to resolve partner issues and improve service delivery.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk policies.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
5+ years of experience in OEM channel management or automotive finance.
Proven track record of driving new business acquisition and renewal growth.
Robust understanding of dealer activation processes and loss‑ratio management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Experience working with major OEMs such as Maruti, Mahindra, Tata, Hero.
Proficiency in CRM and financial analysis tools.
Ability to travel frequently to dealer locations and OEM offices.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in automotive financing.
