Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound property calls.
Generate and follow up with leads.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Schedule and coordinate site visits.
Explain project details, pricing, and offers.
Convert leads into successful bookings.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer and lead records.
Requirements
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Robust follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
Sales/real estate experience preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
Salary: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
