Develop current business opportunities and generate leads for the company.
Visit government offices, architects, consultants, and ongoing commercial/residential projects to identify potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments, architects, contractors, and other industry professionals.
Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into business.
Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Construction, Sanitaryware, Ceramics, Tiles, or Building Materials and experience with government- sector projects will be an added advantage.
Candidates from Banking and Insurance sectors with relevant sales experience may also apply.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
Robust communication, negotiation, and networking skills required.
