Handle customer enquiries through phone, email and WhatsApp.
Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices and sales documents.
Follow up with customers for quotations, purchase orders and order confirmations.
Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Planning, Dispatch, Accounts and Logistics teams.
Track customer orders and provide regular updates on delivery schedules.
Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, orders and customer details.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales MIS reports.
Follow up on pending orders, payments and customer requirements.
Update customer and sales information in ERP/CRM/Excel.
Support the sales team with documentation and day-to-day coordination.
Handle customer queries and provide timely responses.
Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure smooth order execution.
Provide after-sales coordination and customer support when required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
