Prepare our bids and submissions for tenders
Prepare required product data sheets as and when needed
Submit required drawings and technical data sheets to customers
Answer all inquiries promptly and ensure customer satisfaction
Submit vendor approval documents for vendor registration in international companies
Coordinate with other departments like Quality, Production, Finance, Design, etc for any Documentation needed for International Projects, Audits, Vendor approvals, etc.
Regularly generate MIS reports in ERP & understand the trends
Analyze Inquiry & Sales Data and present reports to the Management
Communicate regularly with international customers to understand their requirements, recent projects, existing project status, etc.
Participate in ISO audits
Assist in any other activities for international business promotion and growth
Any other tasks given by Sales Team Leader, Manager or Director
