: Robotics AI Engineer (VLA)

Key Responsibilities
Develop and deploy Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models for robots to enable task understanding, reasoning, and execution.
Design and implement Reinforcement Learning (RL) and Imitation Learning (IL) pipelines for manipulation, locomotion, and multi-step task planning.
Build and scale teleoperation data collection systems for training robot policies, including data curation and dataset optimization.
Develop end-to-end learning pipelines from perception, policy and control for real-world deployment.
Train and validate models in simulation and transfer them to real robotic systems (sim-toreal transfer).
Collaborate closely with hardware, controls, and AI teams to ensure seamless deployment on production robots.





Required Skills
Robust programming expertise in Python and C++
Hands-on experience with Reinforcement Learning (RL) and Imitation Learning (IL) in robotics
Experience with Vision-Language Models (VLMs) / VLA systems.
Familiarity with robot manipulation, locomotion, and whole-body control
Experience with teleoperation systems and dataset generation for robotics
Robust understanding of robot perception, sensor fusion, and decision-making systems
Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch (preferred) or TensorFlow.
