We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our Sales and Reservation Department at a resort. The candidate will assist the General Manager and Sales team in coordinating reservations, preparing reports, handling enquiries, and supporting day-to-day sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the General Manager and Sales Team with daily sales and administrative activities.
Coordinate with the Reservation Department for room bookings, enquiries, confirmations, and follow-ups.
Handle guest and customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Coordinate with the reservation team to ensure accurate booking details and timely updates.
Maintain proper records of reservations, enquiries, leads, and follow-ups.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and reservation reports.
Prepare and maintain MIS and other reports as required by the management.
Assist in tracking sales enquiries and following up with potential clients.
Coordinate with Front Office, Operations, Accounts,



and other departments whenever required.
Maintain and update Excel sheets and other departmental records.
Assist the General Manager in preparing presentations, reports, and other official documents.
Perform other sales coordination and administrative duties assigned by the management.

Requirements
Any degree or equivalent qualification.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of report preparation and data handling.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Candidates with hotel/resort, sales, reservation, or hospitality experience will be an added advantage.
