Investigate Incidents: Review accidents or near-misses, find root causes, and write incident reports.
Handle Emergency Plans: Build transparent evacuation, fire safety, and first aid procedures.
Education: A bachelor's degree or associate degree in occupational health, safety management, or a related field.
Certifications: Valid safety competency certificates or professional credentials like NEBOSH or IOSH.
Experience: Generally 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a safety role.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and writing skills to explain rules and lead training.
Technical Skills: Ability to write explicit reports and use basic office or digital inspection software.
