We are hiring Relationship Managers for a leading stock broking and financial services company.
The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, revenue generation, brokerage generation, and cross-selling of financial products.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire current clients through calls, referrals, networking, and other business development activities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
Generate brokerage and achieve assigned revenue and sales targets.
Open and activate Demat and Trading accounts.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
Cross-sell investment products such as Equity, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and other financial services.
Maintain regular communication with clients and identify additional business opportunities.
Ensure quality client servicing and timely resolution of client queries.
Eligibility
Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the Stock Broking Industry or relevant Financial Services domain.
Experience in client acquisition, relationship management, sales, or brokerage generation.
Positive understanding of financial markets and investment products.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work towards sales and revenue targets.
