Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales and Telecalling Executive role based in Gurugram. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective clients, responding to incoming inquiries, and sharing accurate information about real estate projects and investment opportunities.

The executive will be responsible for qualifying leads, maintaining detailed records in CRM or other tracking systems, and scheduling site visits or meetings for interested customers.



Daily activities include following up with leads, building relationships through clear and professional communication, and supporting the closure of sales in coordination with the field sales team. The role also requires meeting individual and team targets, providing feedback from customers to improve services, and representing Property Master’s values in every interaction.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Candidates should possess telecalling, lead generation, and follow-up skills for sales conversion.
Candidates should possess basic computer, CRM usage, and data entry skills.
Candidates should possess time management, organization, and attention to detail skills.
Relevant experience in sales, telecalling, or real estate marketing is preferred.
Ability to work in office in Gurugram and comfortably handle high call volumes.
Fluency in English and Hindi, with a professional telephone and in-person manner.
Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
