About the Role
Motia Builders Group is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join the sales team for Motia Dwarka Riverfront, a premium residential plotting project located on New Chandigarh Road, Kurali.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through calls, references, digital enquiries, and other sources.
Understand customer requirements and present suitable property options.
Explain project details, location advantages, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant information to prospective customers.
Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective buyers.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication throughout the sales process.
Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Negotiate and assist customers through the booking and documentation process.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Stay updated about the project, local real estate market, and competing developments.
Requirements
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
1–3 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
