Key Responsibilities
Monitor and record sales transactions, invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and related financial entries.
Track customer outstanding balances and support timely collection of receivables.
Prepare and maintain sales and collection reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Reconcile customer accounts, sales ledgers, and collection records.
Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding billing, outstanding payments, credit limits, and customer account issues.
Monitor accounts receivable ageing and highlight overdue payments to the concerned stakeholders.
Verify sales invoices and ensure accuracy of pricing, discounts, taxes, and other applicable terms.
Support the Finance Team in monthly closing and preparation of sales-related financial reports.
Analyze sales performance, revenue, discounts, margins, and collection trends.
Assist in monitoring customer credit limits and payment terms.




Coordinate with customers regarding payment follow-ups and account reconciliation, wherever required.
Prepare MIS reports related to sales, revenue, receivables, collections, and outstanding balances.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company finance policies and procedures.
Assist in internal and external audit requirements related to sales and receivables.
Identify discrepancies in sales and financial data and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of financial information.
Perform other finance and sales-support activities assigned by the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
