Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team for daily sales activities and follow-ups.
Maintain and update customer and sales data in CRM systems.
Track enquiries, leads, orders, and customer follow-ups.
Prepare sales reports, MIS, and regular updates for management.
Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and dispatch.
Communicate with customers regarding order status, queries, and requirements.
Ensure timely follow-up on pending enquiries and orders.
Maintain proper records and documentation.
Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
0–3 years of experience in CRM, Sales Coordination, or a similar role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and basic CRM tools.
Robust follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
Freshers with valuable communication and coordination skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹11,549.94 - ₹31,366.13 per month
