We are looking for a proactive Hunter Sales Professional with a strong network in the South Indian market and proven experience in Flexible Packaging.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development across South India.
Build and maintain a strong network of customers, distributors, and industry contacts.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
Identify new market opportunities and generate qualified business leads.
Develop current accounts and expand existing customer relationships.
Drive account expansion and cross-selling opportunities.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Build long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
Candidate Profile
5–8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the Flexible Packaging industry.
Robust South India market/network is highly preferred.
Proven track record in Recent Business Development and Revenue Target Achievement.
Solid Hunter Mindset with a passion for acquiring new customers.
Experience in Account Management and Account Expansion.
Qualification: MBA or IIP (Indian Institute of Packaging) preferred.
Age: 30–40 years.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across South India.
