Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding .
Handle client requirements, candidate screening & interview coordination .
Drive recruitment delivery while maintaining quality and TAT .
Build solid client and candidate relationships .
Robust communication, sourcing and stakeholder management skills required.
