About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Sales Data Analyst to manage and continuously improve our Internation Sales Reporting Intelligence (ROI) System. You'll be the central link between 20+ distribution partners, sales reps, and management ensuring sales data is collected, validated, standardized, and turned into reliable monthly reporting.

What You'll Do
Collect and follow up on monthly sales data from 20+ distributors (Excel, CSV, PDF, and other formats)
Import and map data into our reporting system; troubleshoot import errors
Clean and standardize customer names, addresses, and product data; resolve duplicate records
Prepare recurring reports: sales performance, account activity, customer alerts, product usage trends, and forecasting support
Support sales commission reporting and account ownership accuracy
Recommend and help implement process automation and reporting improvements over time

Must-Have Skills
Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleansing)




Proven experience handling data from multiple external sources/vendors in inconsistent formats
Solid data validation, deduplication, and standardization skills
High attention to detail and comfort with repetitive monthly cycles
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with external partners

Nice-to-Have
Power BI (dashboards, basic DAX)
SQL basics
CRM/ERP experience
Prior work with US-based teams or clients

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
