Fall Protection Enforcement: Ensure workers use full-body harnesses, lifelines, and secure anchorage points at heights.
Safety Briefings: Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety inductions focused on high-risk facade activities like lifting glass panels and hoisting heavy materials.
PPE Compliance: Monitor correct usage of hard hats, safety boots, high-vis vests, and cut-resistant gloves.
Incident Response: Report near-misses, investigate accidents, and implement immediate corrective action
Pay: ₹10,638.82 - ₹25,000.00 per month
