Salary:
Freshers: ₹15,000 per month
Experienced: Based on relevant experience
Good communication skills
Solid sales and customer-conversion skills
Ability to coordinate with Mumbai clients
Valuable customer-handling skills
Willingness to work and stay with the organization for the long term
Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and direct interactions.
Explain domestic and international tour packages and travel services to customers.
Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable packages.
Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
Coordinate with the operations/team for booking and travel arrangements.
Maintain customer details, lead status, follow-up records, and sales reports.
Provide professional customer service before and after booking.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
